Two long years have passed since the last time it rained consistently in Turkana, an abandoned region in northern Kenya. The consequences of climate change are shown dramatically in places like the Horn of Africa, which hardly contribute to global warming. The documentary visits the victims, verifies the effects of climate change and analyzes the implications of the elites in the famines: do politicians have an interest in making their voters go hungry?
